My goal is to provide you with an extremely satisfying Illuminator experience. This means a worry-free purchase with the assistance you require to guide you in selecting the best product to meet your personal needs.

In order to insure that you have a risk- and worry-free experience when you purchase from me, I have put in place the following return policy:

• All Illuminator purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or product exchange.
• This policy DOES NOT include the Personalized Illuminator products. These are made with very specific intentions and cannot be used by anyone else.
• All returned or exchanged products must be 100% free of damage and scratches.

Returns & Exchanges

I fully expect you’ll be quite pleased with your purchase from Heart of Fire Illuminators. Nevertheless, if you wish to return or exchange your purchase within the 30-day return period, please follow these steps carefully:

1. Call e-mail me at lisa@energetic-expressions.com to explain what you want to return or exchange.  If you’d like to talk in person, please send me your phone number and a good time to call.
2. Return all merchandise and contents in their original packaging.
3. Ship your return, insured for the full amount of the purchase price, through the U.S. Postal Service.
4. Once satisfactory receipt of your returned merchandise is confirmed, you will be notified by e-mail or phone, and a refund for the full purchase price will be issued within five working days.
5. If you wish to exchange your purchase during the 30-day return period, contact me to arrange return of the original merchandise (as in steps #1-3 above), and to select your alternative purchase. Upon receipt of the original merchandise, I will apply the full purchase price to your alternate selection.
6. If the credited value of your original purchase exceeds that of your alternate selection, your refund will accompany the alternate selection. If the credited value of your original purchase is less than your alternate selection, then payment for the amount owed must accompany the returned merchandise.

All Illuminator products are hand-made and can vary slightly from piece to piece in terms of color and crystal characteristics. I do my best to make a consistent product, but factors such as temperature/humidity effect the final product beyond my control.

The color representation of Illuminators on this site is subject to variability imposed by electronic photography, internet transmission, and your monitor settings. I make every effort to display the Illuminators with accurate color representation.
