The I AM Command works through deep, expansive levels of your being to bring your entire energy system into alignment with the energetic quality you desire.  As your vibrational energy patterns align with this quality, you begin to magnetize energetic forms (thoughts, feelings, situations, people, etc) that reflect this desirable state back to you.

Usage: Place the Illuminator between both palms. This creates an energetic circuit through your arms and chest.

Say “I AM” and your desired vibrational quality.

Focus your awareness in your Heart Center and encourage the energies to flow throughout your body.

Remain in this place as long as you choose – at least one minute or until the energy shifts reach equilibrium.
